Lenne egy kérdésem:
Szóval milyen emulátorokat ismertek suse 10.0-hoz?
Olvastam olyasmit is, hogy régi gépeket (C64, Spektrum, stb…) és oprendszereket emuláló progik is vannak. A kérdés az, hogy suse 10.0-ra készültek-e ilyenek.

Ha tudtok ilyenekrõl, akkor megdobhatnátok a linkekkel.

Igen, készültek emulátorprogramok.
A yast az „egyéb emulátorok” kategóriában 10 fajtát ad ki….
Na meg van „PC” kategória.

Nincs kedved a saját telepítõlemezeden böngészgetni? Vagy, ha ott nem találsz elegendõ mennyiséget,  😀 a telepítési forrásaidat bõvítsd ki, vagy használd az apt-ot.
Ha ezen felül van szükséged valamilyen speciális feladatra, oszd meg velünk konkrétan, hogy pontosan MIT akarsz emulálni.
Konkrét kérdésre talán konkrét választ is kapsz.

Nekem csak a winemut sikerült eddig megtalálni rajta. De lehet csak én vagyok pancser. Na, majd megpróbálom alaposabban átnézni. Konkrétan csak az érdekelne, hogy milyenek készültek hozzá. Az, hogy mire akarom használni sajnos számomra is csak akkor vállik világossá, ha megvannak az emulátorok 🙂

1. aranym
ARAnyM is a multiplatform virtual machine (a software layer) for running Atari ST/TT/Falcon TOS/GEM applications on any hardware with many host operating systems. The reason for writing ARAnyM is to provide Atari power users with faster and better machines. The ultimate goal is to create a new platform where TOS/GEM applications could continue to live forever.
2. arnold
This is arguably the best Amstrad CPC emulator around. It is able to recreate the Amstrad models CPC 464/664/6128, 464+/6128+ and the VEB Mikroelektronik model KC Compact.
3. gnuboy
gnuboy emulates the Color GameBoy handheld console in portable C, with interfaces for X11, Linux fbcon and svgalib, SDL, DOS, and Windows, with other ports planned in the future. Compatibility with ROMs tested is around 99 percent, and all major hardware features except SGB extensions are supported. With the optional optimized i386 assembly code, gnuboy can run at the full 60 FPS even on Pentium/75s and below.
4. hatari
Hatari is the Linux port of WinSTon, an Atari ST emulator for Windows. Unlike other ST emulators which concentrate on desktop compatibility, it is suitable for playing games.
5. pcsx
This application emulates all components of a Sony PlayStation on regular PC hardware. It features a sophisticated plugin system allowing for easy extension and is highly configurable.To be able to play commercial games on this emulator you need an image of a Sony PlayStation BIOS ROM. The BIOS is copyrighted by Sony Computer Entertainment and can therefore not be included in this package. Information on how to create such an image can be found at the following web page:

6. qemu
QEMU is an extremely well-performing CPU emulator that allows you to choose between simulating an entire system and running userspace binaries for different architectures under your native operating system. It currently emulates x86, ARM, PowerPC and SPARC CPUs as well as PC and PowerMac systems.

8. snes9x
Snes9x is a portable, freeware Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) emulator. It basically allows you to play most games designed for the SNES and Super Famicom Nintendo game systems on your PC.
9. uae
This is a version of UAE, the Ubiquitous Amiga Emulator, with an emulation core based on WinUAE 0.8.28. It attempts to bring many of the great features of WinUAE to non-Windows platforms.
10. bochs
Bochs is a highly portable open source IA-32 (x86) PC emulator written in C++, that runs on most popular platforms. It includes emulation of the Intel x86 CPU, common I/O devices, and a custom BIOS. Currently, bochs can be compiled to emulate a 386, 486 or Pentium CPU. Bochs is capable of running most Operating Systems inside the emulation including Linux, Windows?? 95, DOS, and recently Windows?? NT 4.
11. dosbox
dosbox is a DOS emulator which, thanks to its good graphics and sound emulation, is exceptionally well-suited for playing games. dosbox features a built-in DOS operating system and transparent access to the Linux filesystem and is therefore very easy to use.
12. dosemu
This package allows MS-DOS programs to be run in Linux. A virtual machine (the DOS box) provides the necessary BIOS functions and emulates most of the chip devices (for example: timer, interrupt, and keyboard controller).
13. FAUmachine
FAUmachine is a virtual machine that can simulate PC hardware.FAUmachine runs as a normal user process (no root privileges or kernel modules needed) on top of Linux on i386 hardware. The FAUmachine’s processor is the real machine’s processor. The memory management unit and the real time clock are simulated.
FAUmachine uses special modified versions of boot loaders and kernel to be able to run such system code in userspace. If the corresponding modified version is available, FAUmachine will automatically use the one that matches your simulated system. Everything that is needed to run the major distributions inside FAUmachine is provided as separate packages (for example FAUmachine-suse-92). You have to install the one matching your simulated system.
14. wine
An MS Windows emulator, consisting of both runtime and also source compatibility functions. You can run your MS executables with it, and you can write your Windows programs under Linux and link against the WINE libraries.

Ezek a süsü telepítõn találhatók. Amennyiben csak a letölthetõ verzióval rendelkezel, ezek pótlása a netrõl lehetséges.
