There are a number of possible reasons for this.
The XMPP server you’re using may not support a file transfer proxy and your network setup doesn’t allow direct incoming connections. In this case, you may be able to specify an alternative file transfer proxy in the „Advanced” settings of your XMPP account.

Ez lenne a gond?Régebben belefutottam ebbe a problémába, ha jól tudom a proxy.jabber.org-ot kell használni. Sajna régen volt.

Nálam volt olyan probléma, hogy ha valaki invisible volt, és nem online akkor nem tudtam fájlt küldeni, másképp ha rendesen bevan lépve működik. Lehet hogy nem segítettem, de gondoltam megosztom…
